The ‘C’ Family
Well I am back from the beautiful sandy beaches of Florida. It was glorious down there. Seriously good weather, not a whole lot of spring breakers… we went at a great time! The water was warm enough but not too hot. Come to think about it, why did I come home? ;) I suppose I have responsibilities here. Darn it. But one of those responsibilities are to showcase this beautiful family. Krista and Toby and their absolutely adorable little girl Annie were great. They were such good sports even when Annie didn’t want to be in the pictures (as all 2 year olds don’t). ;) Thank you so much for trusting me with your maternity photos. You are a beautiful mama to be Krista! I can’t wait for your new addition. Good luck with everything and enjoy your preview.

Ok this is more of a teaser. Krista, I couldn’t leave for my trip tomorrow without giving you a teaser picture. I am loving these and had to share one. I’ll get a full blog up next week after I have successfully tanned myself on the Florida beach. ;) Your daughter is so adorable!!

Pretty Mama
This pretty mama is my sister in law Kimberly. She is due with her third (second daughter) on June 1st and we are all so excited to have another baby in the family! For awhile there it seemed like someone in the family was popping out a baby every year or so, but the reproducing has started to dwindle off. ;) So when this sweet baby girl comes I can tell you that we all will want to ‘get our hands on her’. There’s a special place in my heart for a pregnant Kimberly…. 3.5 years ago when I decided to jump the bullet and do a photography business, Kimberly was very pregnant with Grant, and was my very first ‘shoot’. I can’t pull up those pictures right now because they are on another computer… but suffice it to say, these are probably better. :) But I am so thankful to Kimberly (and quite a few others) who let me shoot pictures of them even if I didn’t know what I was doing. But I digress. Enjoy your preview Kimberly and Jordon. You have a beautiful family and we are so excited to meet little ….. (I don’t want to give the name away, until it’s official)

Happy Friday y’all! I can’t wait to share this beautiful family with you. I’ve had the privilege of working with Robin and her family before so I was thrilled when she called and wanted to do a large (extended family) shoot. It honestly was so much fun seeing how this family interacted one with another. There was a little bit of teasing, which of course is totally normal. But there was also a whole lot of love. Thanks for being patient with me guys! Your pictures will be finished very soon. I hope we’ll be able to do this again someday! Enjoy!
So below are the three families. Robin, her husband Mike and their two daughters are below.
Aren’t they all a great looking group? :) I kept saying that while I was taking their pictures and they were laughing and asking me if they were the first family i’ve ever shot pictures of. hahaha.
I have to start out with the littlest one of the group. This is Ella. Don’t let her sweet face, beautiful smile and chubby little legs fool you. ;) Her nickname is bruiser, which if you know her, is very fitting. (but of course in a cute way). She could take on the best of ‘em. No, but honestly, isn’t she the cutest?!
This is Ava. She’s in first grade and I am pretty sure I was working out a deal for her to date my Cole when they grow up. ;) Can you blame me?
This is Olivia. She is a doll too! See, I told you this family is good looking.
And this is Olivia’s sister, Abigail. She’s beautiful. She was so fun and full of personality, but wasn’t as excited about getting pictures done. However, it was so fun talking to her about The Hunger Games(and other teenage things). I loved reading that series, as well as loved seeing the movie!! Abigail had some cool swag from it including a hunger games bracelet thingy that I wished I had. Should I be embarrassed that I love those books/movie so much? Oh well.
Now this is Caleb. He’s into modern dance….. kidding! Look at him. He’s into football. And i’ll bet he’s super good! And man is this dude polite. Go mom for teaching him all those manners. What a handsome stud!
This is Joshua. I am fairly certain that he is the only person i’ve ever taken pictures of who has not smiled. Like totally refused to give in to the peer pressure of smiling for the camera. Isn’t he a handsome guy though?! I had to use this picture for his preview picture because it was so funny and full of character. :)
Lastly, the cousin best friends. I had to share. Aren’t they the cutest?

‘S’ Family Preview
Hello all. Remember me? I am the slacker on the photo blog. ;) I really have just been taking it easy. Keeping it real. You know, all that good stuff. But I have been shooting pictures and here are some to share. Remember when I did my photography give away? Well Ms. Teagan won and we were finally able to do her shoot. She had her daughter … then the weather was bad… so here we are today. Aren’t they a cute family? I had a wonderful time on this shoot. I almost slipped little Braxton in my pocket to take home with me. He is so charming and polite. I couldn’t get enough! And don’t get me started on sweet Acadia. I pinched her cheeks at least 24 times. Anyway, thanks guys so much and I hope you like your preview. Maybe I’ll start thinking about another photography give away to do this year……

Jessica Frech
Ok, normally I don’t use people’s last names in posts. I like to respect y’all’s privacy. But this lady needs her name on the post. She needs her name is lights! More or less, she’s earned it! You can check out Jessica’s website HERE. Jessica has been a family friend for a very long time. We met them (and I stayed at their house) while I was very first pregnant with Cole. So about 8 years ago. I can’t believe it. Since then, i’ve been able to watch this young lady grow from a girl, to this beautiful young women. We’ve gone camping together, countless dinners and lucky for me, i’ve been able to see her growth with music over the past years. Jessica, you are truly talented. We are all better because you share what you love and are great at with us. Thank you for what you do, and not to sound cliche, but seriously, you’re going places! :) I feel honored to have been able to document this stage in your career. Enjoy the preview!!
Earlier this week I went to a lecture put on by my favorite photographer, Jasmine Star, who is out of southern California. She’s amazing!! Like seriously amazing people. And during her hour and a half lecture (more or less a motivational talk, to which I will post about next week…) she kept commenting on that she was in Nashville (the south) and when we liked something she said, to give an amen! So in props to Jasmine, doesn’t this picture deserve an amen?! I love it. Nope, I lurve it!! Jess you rocked it out! Amen.

Baby Jack Preview
Last week I met this adorable little family and I feel so honored to have been able to capture such a sweet time in their lives. Baby Jack, I love your sweet demeanour and how your little mouth kind of stays open when you sleep. What a cutie! Amanda and Craig, congrats again!!!

So I really wanted to get this little one up on my blog sooner than now, but things have been so super busy in the Williams house hold…. And today was going to be the day for editing, but I was asked to be a substitute teacher at my boys’ preschool. Needless to say that I am already worn out and it’s just 4pm. Phew! I do promise a larger preview very soon, but here’s little baby Jack in a teaser post. He was such a good baby! Amanda, Craig, thank you for the opportunity. Taylor’s graduating!
I would guess that a fair amount of the people who look at my blog know this fine young man. Taylor will be graduating this spring and I was so happy to get the chance to (talk his ear off) spend some time with him and help document this time in his life. :) Taylor, thanks for putting up with all my questions.
